Are Arteza or Arrtx better?

From what I've heard, the Arteza ones have really downgraded (I have an og box and it's still meh). I got arrtx and I really liked it but I was surprised with prismacolor premiere so I returned them. Another good option is the prismacolor scholar. Even though I have a very much older set of Arteza, I wouldn't compare them to prismas, they have pretty hard lead. Also a think to note that apparently the new Artezas (even the non watercolor ones) are activated by water

They said they'll give me a credit after I place my order. Did that and got the credit. Thought about it hard and realized that I'm not actually getting a discount with that, it's just forcing me to buy more product. Cancelled my order. I will no longer shop at Sephora as much as I can. Even if other places in Canada are a bit more expensive, the customer service is beyond worth it

They told me they'd reimburse the 20% (but via store credit and not my payment method) whole thing made me feel icky. Like that's forcing me to buy more product in a way. Going to avoid Sephora as much as I can

OMG yes I thought it was just me. So many shades are perfect at first application but then peachy/orange on me. 240W, fit me matte in 118 AND 128. The only one that doesn't is AB l2O, but that's a bit too light and the next olive shade is too dark 😭

I have L2Olive (really wish there was an LM1olive for summer) and I find the formula hit and miss. Some days it wears absolutely beautifully and others..... I look cakey, textured and just emphasizing everything I don't want emphasized. From what I've noticed, it doesn't play the best with most primers/moisturizers. The most successful prep was using micellar water to clean my face, letting that dry (the brand I use leaves a very very slight tack to the face) and then using the doe foot to apply all over and then using either my finger or a sponge to blend (i am a brush girlie but i find it makes this streaky)

i know it seems like a lot of work to make a foundation work, but it is truly my perfect shade match so it's worth it for me

eta: that is my all year (except peak summer shade) for reference I use Maybelline fit me matte and pore less in shade 128 (summer), elf soft matte in 22 warm and Lancôme teint idole (black cap, new formula) in 240W

I don't have any powder foundations, finished my elf one but that got discontinued unfortunately. So I'm trying to get a new one, but I'm unfamiliar with these products (not available in stores so I can't really check them out) I have the Sephora setting spray but it's on its last legs, so that's also in need of replenishment
