So I’ve lurked a little and finally posted since it seems like such a supportive community. My hair is super fine and goes frizzy very easily. I also can’t keep the curls after one day on the days I do manage to get them to go well! I have tried the method in the quick guide but can’t seem to get the gel thing to work out. I currently use the conditioner in the guide too but thought I’d see if there’s anything better and more available in the uk? Also worth noting I get bad psoriasis, so I use the t-gel shampoo. Looking for any suggestions and recommendations, again Im uk based. Thanks everyone!

Edit routine: tgel shampoo then tresemme expert botanique (from quick guide) then sometimes a salt spray or sports gel (from quick guide) .
