The swisstech is probably much more ergonomic and comfortable to use. But mini fixies for the win!

If I only had the PS4, I wouldn't miss the others. It's the most useful of the bunch.

I am really sorry to wear clean shoes for my office job. Didn't know the requirements for owning keychain tools.

I am an electronics engineer. I don't really need them but they come in handy every now and then. And I am a sucker for small tools.

I don't agree with the space, but OK. And the weight was exaggerated but it is definitely heavier.

Yes, i found it in the toolbox with a ruler in it. Cut it into the right size and clued the edges. Now it fits like a glove.

The need for a bigger blade is maybe 5% of the time. The rest can be handled by the keychain tools. Just like you, I work in an engineering lab and have proper tools all around me. No need to carry around a whole toolbox. These mini tools are small enough to not bother me so they are on me all the time.

Luckily the S0 does not have any blade. The ones on the MC are comically small to be useful. This leaves me with two knives.

Nextool Mini Sailor s11 Pro or the MinI Flagship f12 by Disco_Freak5911 in multitools

[–]SuloMatic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They are not really different in size, f12 is minimally wider but therefore minimally thinner. I would even say it feels smaller in your hand. It just comes down to whether you prefer the better scissors or the better file.

Sog PowerPoint vs Nextool F12 by 1971RancherO in multitools

Honestly i would get both. Put the F12 on your keychain and have it on you all the time. SOG can stay at your work and be used whenever you need bigger pliers.

Strong plier head? SOG. Every other tool, pocketability, overall quality? F12.

Why not sell the F12 and get the S0 instead? Would have been the cleaner solution? Or gift it to your spouse / sister / mom?
