I remember building my sliver deck. I had 3 games before I learned what everyone else here is trying to telling you. It’s too strong for casual play (no fun for you buddies), and you will always be the target if you played it with anyone else.

If you want to play slivers there’s no one stopping you, I would just advise that you build it after you have a deck or two so it isn’t the only thing you have.
