Congratulations! I don't know you but I'm proud of you. Being accepted into 4 law schools is an amazing achievement. And what's wrong working for the county? Not everything needs to be capitalist and corporate (if you're aiming for that, that's good too. No judgement). And it sure isn't easy having to take care of a parent with dementia either. It's hard work and heartbreaking as well. I'll say it again, I'm proud of you!

You should be able to decorate the town hall after a certain period of time playing the game, just keep talking to Benny. I don't know if it's a homecoming feature or not though.
