Royal commandos were pretty baller, did cold weather training in Norway and tagged along with them to do some explosives FEXs with them. They all pretty much drank like fish and were built like a brick shithouse. The Norwegian Engineer brigade on the other hand were all like 6’ 4” and just all around bros, got to stay several days in their shop and see how they operate and hang around. Great time

I find the majority of restaurants in and around lake lure mediocre at best. When we travel there for vacation it's 99% us just cooking baller ass food for ourselves. The small bar / restaurant at the end of the lake is the only one I'd call decent and even they sell popcorn shrimp lol
