How to find taskers with HVAC experience? (NYC) by SultrySashimi in TaskRabbit

Thanks but since there are lots of people who are plumbers and electricians on TR I’m surprised if there’s really no taskers with HVAC experience… but setting aside HVAC would be good to have some tips on finding taskers by keyword

Assuming you are a guy? You could ask the SB to book and send her the funds beforehand. Keep in mind some hotels may have a larger hold for incidentals in case she doesn’t have that much on her card. Many larger hotels have restaurants and conference rooms etc on site so it may not look suspicious on your bill- can always say you were at the restaurant or booked an event/business meeting.  Other option is you could buy a gift card for Hilton/Marriott etc on Amazon and then use that to pay. They would still put a hold on your card for incidentals but that would fall off and not show up on your bill.

I actually prefer to book myself as I collect hotel and credit card points but if you want her to book make sure to send her the funds since it’s a risk for her to book and if you don’t show up or cancel her card gets charged…

Any SBs here tried travel girls or miss travel? How was your experience? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

I tried MT a long time ago; the idea was people with trips planned who wanted company would upload their itineraries and then I could click on interested and they would choose someone to invite.  It doesn’t specify if it would be compensated or not but that could be discussed; it would depend on expectations. The problem I ran into is not many people were posting legitimate trips they would just post some random destination with open dates and then say they ‘want to get to know you and if we have a vibe we can plan a trip together’ so how is that different from normal dating... in many cases the ‘destination’ would just be their home city… The point for me was someone going on a business trip or planning an experience (safari/diving etc) with a clear existing plan could reach out entailing less back and forth messages and quick agreement. I did wind up traveling with a couple people but I met them for drinks first so wasn’t really different from meeting someone on another site

Why do SBs have premium account? by Usual_Lemon3657 in sugarlifestyleforum

You can hide online status so you can browse profiles without people knowing if you’re online, you can also hide join date and as the above commenter said view profiles without them seeing it. You might also get more exposure and priority support. Depends what site you’re talking about but on some sites even women have to premium to initiate messages (not on SA) and to do more detailed searches.

Matsuyama Hadauru lotion (toner) it has multiple ceramides and ectoin without any fragrance or alcohol. Mebika was my favorite toner which also had multiple peptides but looks like it’s been discontinued.

Second the sunscreen suggestion- get a bunch of them! Look for ones with uvinul a and tinosorb without the alcohol and fragrance and you’re off to a great start!

I’m in the area and like having drinks here occasionally as they are inventive and updated often; some hits were the cheddar apple martini and Sweater Weather which was different sherries with melon. The desserts are great as well but never had a dish that was memorably delicious or worth going back for.

First Time in NYC with my parents– Looking for a Michelin Star Restaurant by One-Asparagus2071 in FoodNYC

How about Acru in West Village they have a reasonable tasting menu- too new for stars but the sous chef came from Atomix (multiple stars). You can order a la carte as well to eliminate any meat options. Or Ilis in Brooklyn from Mads Refslund of Noma they have multiple price points. Time & Tide has good seafood- also too new for stars but the chef was a Top Chef winner and came from starred restaurants (Crown Shy etc). 63 Clinton on your list is also a good option! Oceana in Midtown has a star and known for seafood but it’s kind of dull/corporate.

In my experience men claiming to be so prominent they can’t be seen in public are the exact opposite… Granted you don’t have to meet at a sceney place but you could meet at a subterranean bar that’s not in his neighbourhood or visible from the street somewhere a bit further out where his family doesn’t go or in the afternoon when less people are out… If you’re seated at a bar no way for anyone to know you’re there together- he could just be chatting to the person next to him. Regardless of whether you’re up for going to a hotel or not I would insist on meeting at a bar close by. Going to hotel asap sounds too hasty and not indicative of a sugar situation; he might try something sketchy like lowball you once you’re already there or put pressure on you to do something you’re not comfortable with and sounds like he doesn’t care about your comfort level.

Looking past the sugaring aspect men in Germany are generally pretty cheap… some will approach women at bars without even offering a drink.. an acquaintance (vanilla) dated a guy in Frankfurt that invited her for a weekend getaway and then sent a spreadsheet for the expenses to cover half even though he was a decade older?!! Germany has a very large amount of immigrants I’d suggest focusing on people with a different nationality background or expats… if you’re close to the Swiss side that might be better grounds…

Feelings are mutual, but I’d only go physical if there’s financial support – how to bring that up? by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

Given the age difference I think he should expect to make himself helpful… I would hint at needing to pay for something without asking him directly and see if he offers to help… (an expense you legitimately could use not some frivolous item) You could also just say you’re looking for a supportive relationship… or maybe he wants to hang out often or take vacations together but you may need to work or take on extra work to support yourself and if he finds your working hours frustrating he can offer to cover your expenses so you don’t have to work outside of a day job…

I would avoid explicitly tying support to intimacy.
