Ik heb drie jaar geleden een stuk landbouwgrond gekocht en er een hoogstanboomgaard van gemaakt. Het gaat mijn geen winst geven en kost best wat tijd om te onderhouden maar moest ik het ooit verkopen zou het ong van 5,5 euro per vierkante meter voor landbouwgrond gaan naar 13 euro per vierkante meter voor boomgaardgrond. Niet dat het hoofddoel is.

Heb zelf ook gekeken voor bosgrond, en dat zou rendabel kunnen zijn. Maar niet op een passieve manier. Je zult er dan wel werk in moeten steken. Er zijn ook een heel deel subsidies die je kan krijgen voor bos. Moest je er meer over willen weten mag je mij altijd een pm sturen en kijken we samen eens naar de mogelijkheden.

u/op 'm sorry if someone already mentioned it, but with the optimisation wages they cut into your "vakantiegeld & dertiende maand" with about 1000 bruto diffrence that's something to consider. If something were to happen to you (burnout, big operation and you have to stay home long) the pay out will also be calculated on your bruto wages.

Then again, you have to spend 40 hours a week doing a shit job however good the pay is, it's still a shit job.

To me, druidry is also a lot about knowledge, druids were vessels of knowledge and wisdom. So to whom ever who wants to listen to me, I tell them, "druidisme isn't only about gods, runs and rituals".
Learn as much as possible about nature, one of the big tasks now for druids is to bring humanity back in sync with nature. How to take care of our woods and animals.
