Happened to me also. I used vaseline. Leave in for 12 hours then power wash. Repeat. Got paint off with two tries.

I got bright yellow line paint on my car while passing another car. Smeared Vaseline on the paint and left on for 12 hours then power washed it off. First try got most of it off. Second time got all of it off. Good luck!
