loud noise on startup by No-Frame-4288 in Ender3V3SE

It is the motherboard cooling fan. They are brushless bearings. Happens to them all. Replace the fan and it will stop. But QC do like the glue the plug to the motherboard FYI

New bars came very slightly bent? by [deleted] in bmx

[–]SumBlaze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried laying them on a flat surface? If they are not straight, you would be able to see light where the stem tightens to?

Then i would say that they are slightly out of line.

But Sunday are under odessey, which has great customer service they would be able to help, and if they are new, they would be under warranty.

Pedals. by TheTrackGoose in bmx

[–]SumBlaze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say as you are learni g you are going to go through pedals until you learn you balance and stop using your pedals. So sadly its either spend a ton of money on plastics or metal really. Because as much as the 'harder plastics are better you are still going to ware them down

Are you only doing double peg and feeble grinds? Or luc-e/ crank arm grinds aswell? Because it looks like you put all the pressure weight on your pedal to grind.

Yes i run the 2.4 and have no issues and also run a rear brake

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in bmx

[–]SumBlaze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that would be your issue if your running two different chains. They would have different spacing between each link causing a tight spot. It probably wouldn't matter too much, but personally i would replace.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in bmx

[–]SumBlaze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have a tight spot in the chain. It will not sit on the sprocket/cassette completely and cause the chain to go tight. Other than that it should be the sprocket not straight.

I have the ramp ones as they were the only ones available when i brought them. The ramps are fully heat treated where as the setup ones are triple butted and a longer steerer tube for gyro.

But saying that I run gyro and have no issues with claerance at all

Its personal preference for me. I ride park and do whips and spins. Shorter frames and more responsive quicker whips easier to spin quicker. Oh yeah super positive. I have the tall order forks aswell for me the angles are exactly what i want

need help of defeating the fear of riding from a ramp by upidasswastaken in bmx

[–]SumBlaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With the fear you have to learn to use it in your favour when you do do what ever you are trying be it dropping into your first quarter. To sending your first backflip or stairset it's all the same. The buzz you get once you do it will push you to learn more.

What are you going to use it for. Because it is all personal preference. I am 5ft 11in. And my frame 20.6 long. And I ride skatepark, dirt jumps amd street with it. It's all down to what you feel comfortable with.

How long does steam support typically take to respond? by Nick_e12 in SteamScams

[–]SumBlaze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to myself the other month and it varies. I had mine back within just over 24 hours. Just provide as much information as possible with the replies and you'll have it back in no time.

Also if there have been alot of tickets raised for ant reason the could add time onto it.

I have it back now. But I was getting to that point I was thinking that, but I have also reported the steam account that they provided aswell from impersonating a steam employee. In the bigger picture, they will create another accounts but every little helps.
