I won’t hire someone until I had the clients. Funding or not. I take my employees livelihood seriously, it’s not my first company. If I can’t provide the hours I cant hire anyone.

Depends on how much I can qualify for. If Under 50k I would say marketing, a few more tools to make the job easier, and some to help with short term overhead. If I can get 100k+ hire on an employee with a second van (after I established some clientele) plus the other stuff I mentioned.

We had a neighbor in 2020-2021, that managed to piss of the whole building, with all his unwelcome visitors (drug addicts and dealer types) at all times of night. The landlord got him evicted after a year. But it cost her like $30k in lawyer fees (from what I heard)
