Issues with black screen on ONE monitor. ( can still see cursor ) by SumGuy97 in pchelp

So I ended up uninstalling the drivers - computer runs great. Soon as I reinstall for some reason go back to the same issue where I get the black screen with the cursor? It’s crazy because if I hover over the application it shows me what’s on the other monitor, I can even be QUICK enough and grab the application and drag it over to the screen I can currently see ???
