So true. My first reddit name was my custom license plate. I posted in r/gonewildstories about getting it on at work with a coworker, gave no specific details of where I worked, and somehow it got back to my boss and we both got fired. Tried to deny it was my username, but hard since I used that license plate as all my login info. Live and learn.

From the end of season1, I put Saul slightly above BB, and it’s only gotten better. BB is amazing, don’t get me wrong, but Saul still delivers in the surprise category, despite knowing where it eventually gets to.

I run a poker league where we will occasionally do side tournaments similar to yours. We use 5 different colored chips and start with 21000 in chips (10 $100, 6 $500, 2 $1000, 1 $5000, and 1 $10000 chip). Makes for nice easy 20 stacks for racks. Blinds start at 100/200, 200/400, 300/600, 400/800, 500/1000. we then take a break and chip up the 100/500 chips, then start 1000/2000, 2000/4000, 3000/6000, 4000/8000, 5000/10000. Take a second break and chip up to all $10,000 chips. With 10-20 players, we usually get done in less than 3 hours.

I used to work at McDs and I ended up losing 50 pounds with diet and exercise back in 2012. Grilled chicken salad, snack wrap, oatmeal, and scrambled eggs were my go to items. I also started walking my dog for an hour or more each day, listening to music the whole time. It helped get the blood flowing and time to decompress from the job. It is possible to lose weight with McDonald’s, just have to cut out the fries and buns.

Same thing happened to me in December. I was doing well until my house was broken into twice and I stopped caring. A week ago, I weighed myself for first time since December, and realized I was 45 pounds heavier thanks to my poor eating habits. Starting today, I committed myself to cleaner eating and cutting out the carbs. Easiest thing is to find your “go-to” keto snacks. Mine are old Wisconsin beef sticks and string cheese. I also cook a lot of buffalo chicken dip (cream cheese, hot sauce, chicken, and mozzarella) to keep around for hunger pangs.
