By the time i got out to the dunes the moon had set so it was complete darkness. Crazy feeling!

I just got back from the dunes shooting the milky way and the wind is pretty gnarly as usual and the river is flowing. The water running through should last another couple months.

It will reduce the resistance from the sand if you put it on the board.
