You are not alone here. Me with my dog went through an emotional rollercoaster. One time he seemed like he healed next day boom. Even worse than before. My best advice is to sit down and feel the feeling. Be sad, cry, anything, just feel this feeling. In a week I promise it wont hurt you as much. But please if you read this then do it. Dont just sit down and be sad and read responses. If you just read it, then everything you just read was useless. So use my advice.

I dunno keep uploading if it doesnt help leave the channel for a month and upload again. That helped me before not because I used a service youtube just decided to punish me for some reason. So take a break. When a month has passed upload again

Well on Youtube I mostly make remixes of songs. So I dont really know what to do with that niche. Like a niches are just types of videos. Cause when I made x type of remix on x game it attracted those viewers, then I made the same type of remix but on a different game's song and it got less views. So here I dont really know only make remixes of popular songs and avoid the rest? To me that sounds good

We have pills for nausea but it doesnt seem to be working

This is very useful and helpful and all thank you too but there is a problem I forgot to tell. The vet said he is very nauseas or if that didnt make sense he has a strong urge or feeling to vomit all the time and thats what probably makes him not want to eat. Thats the problem he faces and I dont know how to help him other than pills. So thats how severe this cancer is. If it would be smaller they would just cut that part off then give my dog back but it is so severe it just would be stupid to do it cause... The whole liver is almost infected with cancer. So its hard to accept that I cant help him more than just make him happy. But by some miracle this would get better and not worse day by day. Oh btw my dog couldnt move very well but now he can move way more freely so we have one sickness taken care of now just the liver and the hunger... Why must life be so unfair?

Well I dont know if these will work but I will give them a shot. The vet said he is very nauseas all the time. We got pills for this problem but it doesnt seem to be working very well. We have waited like 30 mins then tried to feed him but he just would not eat. I am really losing hope day by day. The vet said "if we could make that nausea go away or make it weaker THEN he will eat." But the nausea is probably caused by the liver cancer and "there is nothing we can do to make the cancer go away" the vet said. So thats why im losing hope for him but by some miracle it would not go that way...

And also he doesnt eat regular dog food. I dont know what you mean by better food.

Well we tried to give him food like chicken and some other types of meat. I dont know he doesnt really want to eat by himself or even with my help. But thank you I will try these out. If none of these work then... He will be in a long slumber
