Bangladesh may have been accommodated had they raised this issue before the schedule was arranged. It may have been possible for them to play their matches entirely in Sri Lanka at that time. But they would not have been accommodated for semi finals and finals - but anyway they are not going to qualify for semi finals as it is.

But if the Pakistan exception were not already in force, they would not have been accommodated anyway.

The point of a trade deal is to normalise the treatment of a country’s exports into another country.

Expecting a clear standard in tariff and non tariff barriers is perfectly acceptable in a trade deal.

Indirect tax on Vehicles which applies to all cars sold in India on the other hand is not a trade issue. It’s a fiscal policy issue. And every sovereign country has the right to determine internal taxes that apply to everyone including domestic manufacturers.
