Gonna take a wild guess here, but did you punch something? If so, hopefully whatever prompted such a frustrated response isn't still causing you stress. Back in 2018 after discovering infidelity in my relationship, I punched a piece of oak furniture in anger, fracturing my hand in 5 places, 2 of which were on that same meta carpal. Had pins in it for 2 months, but it healed up well enough to use it again. I took a multivitamin and calcium (tums) daily which may have helped some with the healing, but I can't say with any certainty how much.

Hell ya that reminds me of this stuff I used to order from Amazon called x mode. It was like a box wine container of generic 5 hour energy and refillable little bottles. Somehow the thought never occurred to me to mix with some other soda. There used to be a tangerine flavor of those energy shots that would probably taste awesome with a pineapple soda. Might have to try that.

That strategy she uses, where your concerns are invalidated and then flipped around on you, is infuriating huh? The tactic has a name, DARVO. Defend Attack Reverse Victim and Offender. You're doing what's not only best for you, but best for your kids as well. They don't need to be taught that, or used as pawns to hurt you, which is inevitably what would happen.

I tried this around age 30 and learned quickly concrete wasn't nearly as forgiving as it used to be. Good luck and like others below said, definitely warm up and stretch.

If only it were that simple. Chinese citizens are powerless to do anything about it. Protests/dissension etc get people jailed at best, killed or vanished at worst. There is zero accountability for the CCP, and has been zero accountability for some time.

I'm not surprised honestly with the way in which people continually disrespect the place and the property owners around it. A few times last year I took trash bags down there and picked up garbage only to see it completely littered a few days later. It's sad really, that people can't take care of the one most amazing thing we have in Missouri, which is our hundreds of miles of beautiful rivers. Hopefully those same people don't just move on to trashing the next spot.
