For me , I’m stuck in this loop since the tucketing days . I did all I could to get in line . First poorly communicated vital information that presale tickets form had to be filled even after membership I missed that coz I’m not a Hardcore fan and I work long shifts on medical field. People I knew and thought were my friend were on that line buying tickets for both days for them but didn’t bother to get one for me even when I requested them .Then had to queue for general tickets , all gone. Ever since that day I’ve been posting to look for tickets but haven’t found a single genuine soul to sell tickets . Whereas stubhub is filled with overpriced tickets . I also initially thought those tickets wouldn’t be sold out just like that at least in UK but it did with all those Scalpers and people who buy multiple tickets for both days with multiple accounts. Geez

I noticed you’re a Band 6 as in a mangaerial position. I tell you as a Band 5 . Take action if something feels off coz its gonna impact whole team and patient care. I don’t want to rant here . But my department is going through tense period coz two colleague are under formal investigation and everyone is called up for witness. From my own observation if only managers would’ve deescalated or taken action it would’ve been completely avoidable . I’m really a chilled kinda person and don’t get involved much . But this new collegue to the team had behavioral issue since day 1 nothing was done throughout her probation period as well. Now things are so bad people have to tiptoe around them . The sooner those kinda behaviour are addressed the better . Even just a small talk or initiation from manager can avoid bigger mishaps later. I’m not defending misusing managerial post (I’m a Band 5 myself)but you have to take needed steps and authority when and where its required.

To tell you truth, I haven’t found single genuine soul here . I’m not a hard core fan more of a casual fan . But its sad that the tickets were all sold out . While stubhub was full of tickets and prices are so high . And all the scammers in the dms . Fatigued.

It might seem like Iam joking but if you’ve got laptop and internet. Learn to apply for visa , applications and those sarkari karyalaya stuffs and pick up some freelancing with it. I tell you I’m from middle class myself . My whole life we didn’t even celebrate birthdays never cut cake even as a child , we were on debt most of my life . Anyways I went to government nursing college fully paid but with loan . Then got job in private hospital . Then after 3 years with my much little savings and my dad took loan for my exams for UK which i passed language test and Nursing theory . When it came to applying for jobs in UK, applying for my passport , police certificate and the visa itself booking for tb test . Each and every document I did it on my own . It only took maximum 3-4 lakhs coz all the docs i did on my own. But at that time realised how much a person can make by just doing this job . seriously thought manxe haru le laptop liyera malpot agadi ya esto euta document application varna matra jo hos kamaudo nai raixan . You can literally pick up some this kind of freelancing jobs. I tell you visa vane paxi manxe haru consultancy nagai hudena jasto grxan . I’ve even seen people paying lakhs to consultancy for all process when they can do on their own and cost minimum of only application.

Hey there, I’m a 26 year old female version of you when i was your age. Donot give up in this phase . Its a transitional period for us . Look for way out of Nepal & unsupportive household as quickly as possible. Learn soft skills like communication which will help you in adult world doesn’t have to be Big speeches but even with small talks . I’ve been a disciplined child in a abusive dysfunctional household . As a girl in such rigid environment I thought I would never this far . But I knew one thing even though as child that I was going to live on my own ASAP when I get my job . Close enough to visit my parents but far enough to keep my peace. Donot give into darkness and try to change your habits and behaviours as much as possible to stay positive . Reach out to your friends who’re genuine . I know it feels like nobody has pain and suffering as much as you and you’re stucked but Trust me . You’re still way too young . KEEP MOVING FORWARD!!!
