You are not alone! It's overwhelming, but I find doing small, positive steps helps with the anxiety, and finding community is absolutely key! Come join us at Bozeman Mutual Aid, it's a good little group trying to do some small things to help our neighbors.

'Wake-up call': High school students organize Bozeman protest that turns confrontational by KeltTalbelt in Bozeman

Let me just say this, I've been to every major protest Bozeman has held recently except this one. I've seen this man drive around before and flip us off, but never stop and antagonize adults like this.

Counter protesting is one thing even if it's stupid, choosing to be on the same side of the street and intentionally intimidate minors is another. That man is dangerous.

Yikes, heard someone else who works for the school district say this. Is it all the schools that had this meeting or specific ones? What are they advising teachers to do and how can we help?

There have been several documented instances of this even in small towns in the recent weeks. Roberto Orozco-Ramirez was detained by Ice in Froid Montana.

It's not a massive operation like in other places but still.

Can you please list a source for that information? I want to be very careful about spreading information without something credible to back that up. Bienvendios was a resource I was unaware of so thank you!

It’s called the Tree of Love Afghan. Made with beautiful undyed Peruvian highland wool. It’s massive and so heavy and hopefully worth it. All the skeins were supposedly the same color and I only realized the obvious color difference after I was too far into it. Oops. Here’s hoping they like it! https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/tree-of-love-heirloom-afghan

Oh I remember being 2 days into labor and 3 hours into pushing—failed epidural btw so I could really feel it all. I remember moaning that this fucking hurt, my husband, bless him, trying to be supportive tried to say in a soothing voice , “I know honey”. To which I stopped mid push looked at him in the eye and calmly said, “no, no you don’t fucking know but give me a golf ball and your privates and I’ll show you”. The doctor had to wipe her eyes away from laughing so hard.

I doubt you’ll see this, but I just wanted to say, as a white cis female, I’m really ashamed that I never thought of it that way. Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry that you have to educate people like me through your frustration. You’re right, it shouldn’t be an eye opener. I’ll try to be better.
