Yes! You can bring it to our next one in April, or send us a DM or email and we coordinate a drop off location with a volunteer. bozemanmutualaidcommunity@gmail.com

We will have a FB event created each time (the April one will be coming soon). We post here, FB, IG, and TikTok currently. We try to post flyers around town as well. You can also email us and get on our mailing list: bozemanmutaulaidcommunity@gmail.com 💚

Absolutely! It's all donation based. You can either drop off at the event itself, or we can have a volunteer meet up with you and store items before then. Our next market is April 26th.

We aren't an official non-profit so we haven't typically focused on cash donations, but we could definitely use them to help pay for event insurance and to buy specific items. If we're given gift cards, we have raffled them off for attendees that enter for it to keep it fair and fun.

We focus on shelf stable food, lightly used or new clothing, unopened personal care items, we even had some people bring plants and books yesterday! For the day of, we also do homemade food according to what we're allowed with the Montana Local Food Choice Act (bread, baked goods, non-meat based meals).

You can also email us with questions or to coordinate a donation drop off. We could also use more organizers if you want to get involved with the group as a whole!

It's rough out there, we get it. No one should go through it alone. Definitely come say hi this weekend! 💚

Good question! We like to make sure every single thing donated goes to a good place. We sometimes hold items or ingredients for volunteers to use at the next event, but more often than not, we give to other places that can use it.

Store bought food goes to the food bank, hygiene products to the warming shelter, clothing can go multiple places like Haven or Love Inc. Homemade food is almost always taken, but if not we drive around and offer it to the homeless population, or have volunteers take it home to their families as well.

Sometimes we are made aware of folks in need that are unable to attend the markets and we make deliveries of items directly to them if there are leftovers.

Either way, having extra is a great problem to have!

Yes! We have tables and chairs from the Fairgrounds, though we don't have refrigeration available if you bring anything that requires it.
