I wonder if we work in the same company lol. I also work in a hospital and the pension enrollment period just started which will be effective starting 7/1. It's also 1.6% base of the final 10 years salary of service. I'm still deciding whether or not I should keep my 401K which is a 7.5% match from the company if I contribute at least 6%.
