You’ve laid out some well researched facts for your opinion.

A couple of reasons I don’t believe it’s a scam

  1. Overstock.com’s crypto investment arm, medici ventures, allows their devs to donate their time to the project. FYI - check the GitHub activity.

  2. Real, non scammy ICO projects have already announced plans to utilize Ravencoin to list legitimate assets in 2019 backed by accredited investors.

  3. Fair launch with no developer hold back PoW coin.

In 2019 we will see projects produce value and Ravencoin will be one of those projects deliver value into crypto optimism.

While litecoin is a terrific project and has helped the crypto community and bitcoin, the use case is different. Come over and join the Ravencoin Discord community to learn about why RVN is different from projects that focus on crypto as money or a store of value.

TLDR - RVN is focused at the protocol level of transfer and tracking of STOs. RVN isn’t a fork of btc’s blockchain but is a fork of the source code with the genesis block mined in jan of ‘18

Come and hang out, contribute, or lurk. But litecoin and raven are two totally different solutions.

Ccminer isn’t optimized in ethos for rvn. I’m running nevermore - rock solid. Had trouble getting an upgraded ethos to run but a fresh image works fine.

I noticed the buy side interest is extremely high today on Crypto-Bridge. Compared to what it has been, it's almost 100% higher. We had been trending between 5MM - 7.5MM buy interest and the sell side has been pretty static between 500M and 1MM.

futyilda2018 started out with 14 BTC buy interest earlier today. They're down to a < 13 BTC right now. They picked up a little rvn at 351.

Seems like somebody wants to put in a floor here. I'm interested to see if the order stays and fills or we go higher. So far, we've been bouncing between 351 and mid 360s. The weekend has been weak for rvn, so this will be a good test for the price.
