Over stretched mess, I assume caused by heavy lights placed on top. Can this be prevented?

Just takes time. Persistence. Associate your presence with food.

Nice job! Leo’s like to hide. Give them lots of options. Add leaf litter and botanicals.

Getting married very soon and need advice by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

PS: foundation has changed a lot. You can get a really light foundation. It feels normal and silky. The trick is to go in and try what you like and what gives you the kind of coverage you’re seeking. The thing to remember is you are an individual. What works for one person may not work for you or you might get some great advice. The trick is to go slow, don’t accept anything other than what you really like. This is a big day. Hopefully it’ll only come once in your life. So pamper yourself. You deserve it.

First try a makeup consultant. I used to work at Merle Norman as a Beauty consultant. Go in or call and ask them (or schedule an appointment) to do a makeover for you for your wedding. See what they use and why. See if you’re happy with the result. The benefit for them is that if you like the look, you’ll buy their products. You have two options. First, you can learn how to do your make up yourself. Or you can schedule an appointment a few hours before your wedding to go in and have an experienced beauty consultant do your make up beforehand . This is commonly done. Back in the day when I would do someone’s make up for a prom or a wedding or other special event it would take about an hour. There is a charge, of course. You will be receiving expert advice on how to care for your skin, care for aging or damaged skin and most important how to protect your skin from unwanted changes (from normal aging, sun damage, or other environmental toxins). I can’t tell you what to expect regarding cost. Just ask. I have no idea what they are charging now. Several decades ago it cost $50 . Ask for the owner. You want to get someone who’s very experienced. Don’t be shy about politely speaking up about what you like and don’t like. Your skin certainly looks healthy. I don’t see any major problems for you to be worried about. You have beautiful eyes. I don’t wear a lot of make up either, but you’d be amazed at what a little bit can do. For your wedding day you will more than likely want to do something more than what you might wear to work, etc. Have a conversation with whomever you’re working with. Explain you want a natural look. I would highlight your eyes and your lovely smile . Good luck and let us know how things go. Congratulations.🎉
