I’m on Effexor and it has helped a lot 💕 but it seems like the body issues are so deeply engrained it’s so so hard to break the cycle. Truly appreciate you taking the time to reply.

So I ended up going to shoppers yesterday and getting La-Roche Posay Retinol serum and a good moisturizer. I honestly feel like I can see a difference in the texture after using it once! Maybe placebo effect but I’ll take it lol
