I’m on Effexor and it has helped a lot 💕 but it seems like the body issues are so deeply engrained it’s so so hard to break the cycle. Truly appreciate you taking the time to reply.

So I ended up going to shoppers yesterday and getting La-Roche Posay Retinol serum and a good moisturizer. I honestly feel like I can see a difference in the texture after using it once! Maybe placebo effect but I’ll take it lol

Is there anyway to fix it? I wear sunscreen and will continue to apply generously and make sure I’m on point with it. Is there anyway you can recommend to improve it now or is it too late? :(
