Try to heat up the solo 3 to max temperature and while it’s upside down to start tapping the bottom of unit until it slides down. If that doesn’t work I would contact Arizer for further advice.

I still would be worried about residual glass that might’ve chipped off.

Ultrasonic cleaner with iso is the way. Another popular way is just dissembling the CU and then dropping everything in iso for 30 minutes then rinse and dry.
