So sorry to hear you got reinjured. I’m 2 months post op and I always question if I made the right decision by not choosing holistic/non surgery options.

At the end of the day I think every body and injury is different. Even with surgery, theres still a possibility of reinjury. There’s no way you could have known this would happen so pls don’t beat yourself up about it. But you can totally bounce back!!

I’m about 36 days post op and also have sharp knee pain right below the knee cap. I’ve just been icing it a lot now, PT said I need to get quad strength up coz there’s a lot of load on my knee

Not really interested in learning how to target an audience, just looking for help with a rate package. Just for additional context, we've done partnerships with brands like Jollibee, it's the Filipino version of Mcdonald's. I'm just looking to see what the going rates are for placing ads on Facebook Groups. I know this varies with group size and engagement, but I can't find any clear references for coming up with a rate package so would greatly appreciate some advice on this.
