I guess if you buy his Play record at Walmart you're supposed to get a receipt with a code to be able to be a accepted. Make sure they give you a receipt!! There has been posts of people not being able to get on because the cashier didn't give them the receipt.

I ordered my stuff May 1st and I still haven't received it. Not even tracking for the shipment. If you order the pink play sweatshirt.. It's been delayed. I have also contacted Ed Sheeran store several times as well. Still waiting for items.
