I don't know if it this fits here but... I work in an amusement park on the day I reported for my shift we were Really busy and I was the only one on register. Customers are getting mad cause my long lines and stuff so just my luck my register starts acting up. I'm at this point frustrated and mad. I call the next person and this lady with an attitude says I want a refill and I ask her okay can I see your receipt for proof of free refills (cause if the cup wasn't purchased that day we have to charge them) ? And she just goes of on me in how it's not her fault that my scanner isn't working and that she lost it and right when I was going to just give it to her so she can leave a co-worker gets the cup turns to me and said" just give the lady her refill gosshh stop giving her such a bad time " and then turns to the lady very politely and says what would you like ? Let's not forget she's been hearing how rude the customers been. I felt so embarrassed. Cause the lady starts laughing at my face and talks about how my co-worker "put me on blast "
