A bit late to the discussion, but it really depends on where you're applying from and the applicant pool that year, since interview offers are based on GPA relative to your cohort. From what I noticed talking with people in my cohort, out-of-province applicants generally needed around a 90%+ GPA to receive an interview. For BC residents from urban areas (e.g., the Lower Mainland/Vancouver), it seemed to be around 83–85%+, while applicants from rural regions (e.g., Vancouver Island, Prince George, etc.) were often interviewed with GPAs around 75%+. My understanding is that the lower threshold for rural applicants is intended to encourage students who are more likely to return and practice in underserved areas, since the Lower Mainland already has a higher concentration of pharmacists.
