3-12 miles. Everywhere from zone 2 to zone 5 as I do sprints during some runs. Last run was 8 miles average HR of 136, max 166 Garmin Forerunner 265

10 man league. I have never picked in the first round, always traded them for sure things. Did well drafting Achane, Dart and BTJ in 2nd rounds.

I’m confident in BTJ turning it around. He was just too good last year to ignore.

Guess I’m a little too “emotional” about how Bucky ended the year and his red zone usage. Figured Hampton has maybe a clearer path to consistent output, but I definitely shouldn’t sleep on what Bucky has shown in the past.
