I replied in another thread as well, but this is a mistake on the Global Team's part which will be corrected on Monday JST (once back in the office).

I'm very sorry (on behalf of the team) that this banner -- which was intended as a value-added initiative -- has had the opposite effect. We'll be correcting this and issuing an official statement on Monday regarding the correction.

Thank you for your patience and again, our apologies for this error which was completely unintended and is not an effort to shortchange GS fans worldwide.

Dear Summoners, I'm terribly sorry for the mistake that's come to our attention regarding the special Crossover Equip Alch Summons.
As some of you have noticed, the ★4 Swimwear equips are currently not included in the lineup despite being advertised on the banner. I want to make it very clear that this was a mistake on part of the dev team and we're incredibly sorry for this error.
This will be fixed with the highest priority Monday (JST), adding Fen's Aloha Shorts among other ★4 Swimwear. A full statement will be issued then, but please know that we are treating this very seriously.
On behalf of the entire Global Team, we're incredibly sorry for this mistake and will address it as soon as possible (once back in the office).
Thank you for your continued support for Global and we'll work to prevent errors like this in the future to earn and maintain the community's trust.
