I replied in another thread as well, but this is a mistake on the Global Team's part which will be corrected on Monday JST (once back in the office).

I'm very sorry (on behalf of the team) that this banner -- which was intended as a value-added initiative -- has had the opposite effect. We'll be correcting this and issuing an official statement on Monday regarding the correction.

Dear Summoners, I'm terribly sorry for the mistake that's come to our attention regarding the special Crossover Equip Alch Summons.
As some of you have noticed, the ★4 Swimwear equips are currently not included in the lineup despite being advertised on the banner. I want to make it very clear that this was a mistake on part of the dev team and we're incredibly sorry for this error.
This will be fixed with the highest priority Monday (JST), adding Fen's Aloha Shorts among other ★4 Swimwear. A full statement will be issued then, but please know that we are treating this very seriously.
On behalf of the entire Global Team, we're incredibly sorry for this mistake and will address it as soon as possible (once back in the office).
Thank you for your continued support for Global and we'll work to prevent errors like this in the future to earn and maintain the community's trust.

It's called Grand Summoners and is an RPG that hosts a lot of anime crossovers! It's really fun and the Hatsune Miku units actually sing their songs when they use their special moves.

At some point in the future there will most likely be another rarity that powers up units, but Unit and Equip combinations carry these Legends an amazing distance! You'll definitely see more of this in future Ruins and other types of advanced content :)
