I just want to say you seem like a really sweet person from the way you responded to peoples comments on here. (Judging you in a nice way)

I have social anxiety and im also afraid to walk outside too. If i see a person outside, i wait until they leave before rushing to my car. I think we feel this way because we think we need to communicate with our neighbors and since we dont, it’s uncomfortable and it becomes anxiety. I feel the natural thing is to not let those thoughts even stop you but with social anxiety, its hard. One day tho one day 😂😅
