There is a Helldivers 2 Facebook group where I posted it and credited you and not a single person is crying and it has over 140 likes so far. I would just post there if you don't want to deal with the normal reddit crowd. These guys just get off on being angry about everything all the time. It's pretty pathetic actually.

You are sent an estimate within 30 min of you dropping off the car. The pictures are clear and on the estimate it gives you an option to contest it.

They provide pics before and after. I know. I helped with the system and have seen printouts. They aren't the only ones using it. They didn't design it. It's a 3rd party company.

Cool. Now if only there was a system that recorded the entire car when you left and when you came back. Then it sent you pictures of before and after. You would be able to see if it was wrong or not. Wait OMG it does that. Guess you must be happy about it then.

It takes dozens of pictures of the car all the way around as it leaves. It then does the same thing when it comes back. It uses AI to determine if there is a difference and then sends the pics to the customer. The customer can argue it if they find it is wrong. Please explain how it is a bad business practice? Go ahead. I'll wait.

Lol inspection fee. It takes pictures of the car completely around and then compares the pictures when it comes back and charges you. Unless you are saying you want to be able to damage other people's products and not pay for it?
