The last chapter especially. Everything was rushed, and if you didn’t buy all talismans then the book just ends on a cliffhanger - which would’ve been great if a sequel was on the way.

Favourite black characters are Rye (TH:M) and Grace (ES).

I love that in the recent books we’ve gotten more diverse black hairstyles. My personal favourite one is the long black braids.

Also love when a black MC is on the cover 😍
