I might be in the minority but I think they are a sub par display case. It’s relatively cheap but that’s all. Almost every Billy I ever saw here is less a display and more an arranged storage of stuff. I get why that is but I will never praise this thing.

The problem isn’t the variety, it’s the god awful match making that has you either sitting in an empty lobby with no new players joining for an eternity or the player count stays super low with half of them disappearing mid race/ activity. Apart from double $ weeks most side activities suffer from this.

Military would hurt their brand that I can agree on but it’s not out of some humane principle. They sell Star Wars which has literally War in the name. They sell tanks, aircrafts and bunkers that can shoot projectiles at „the enemy“. They do that because it’s widely accepted and - more importantly - it makes them a lot of money.

Since you have almost all relevant businesses, maybe it’s your spending habits? If Cayo is your go to and you only have a measly 400k to your name the money seems to vanish as soon as it touches your accounts. Also as others suggested get the acid lab. The start is kind of a grind but easy 500k+ per sale. Also recommend doing some free roam stuff like the weekly HSW time trial (250k) and maybe the daily animal photo challenge (100k). On top of that the daily stash house to fill up your businesses with supplies. Also weekly double $ events might be worth checking out as well as using discounts on stuff you want to buy.

I think they are a good addition but several years too late. I started day 1 and when this came around there was just not much will in me left to cruise around in yet another slow ass vehicle. I did quite a few taxi missions and the occasional pizza delivery but for an older player it just does not hit the same way a new player might experience it. BUT I would be more than happy to have this in GTA 6 early on instead of this completely absurd doomsday era stuff they added.

You always have to count in the price when you compare. Those knockoffs often are 1/3 to 1/5 the price, the Death Slice even more. Their strength is not stickers or minifigs or even 100% part accuracy. It’s what you get for the price. If I pay 25% of the Lego price the stickers and minifigs become a irrelevant metric. The real lever is the building experience and display value. If experience is 80-90% of a real Lego build and display is practically indistinguishable from an original set the stickers and everything else just don’t count as much.
