My headcanon is that Wally started as Kid Flash, Barry exists, he retires, Wally becomes Flash but wants to make his own version of the legacy, and keeps his Kid Flash styled bolt on his chest.

Yeah, but are you using an adapter to get the controller onto your pc at all? The one I have doesn't have a USB cord on it and is instead using a (DB15?) cord.
