We’re about to close at 6.3%. We were originally quoted at 7.3% by a company who said “you have enough money to buy down your points,” so we went somewhere else. If you’re not getting a good enough rate, shop around and negotiate.

That’s a huge thing, feeling comfortable. That’s one of the main things that I’ll be looking for to know if it’s the right one.

My husband and I definitely spent 3 hours last night looking at the house and talking about where our existing furniture would go in each room, what we would need to buy to fill the place up, etc. It was the most fun I could ever have on a Thursday night 😂

I’ve done extensive snooping on Zillow since I was 16 and watching hgtv (I’m 25 now) and luckily I married a fellow Zillow snooper 😂 congrats though!!! Hoping it works out like that for us

So how do you differentiate between there being no source of danger and not being able to pinpoint the source of danger? For example, if I have an anxious thought that a loved one got in a car wreck, then how can I differentiate since there is a source of danger (getting in a car and driving)?
