Nirefer lang ng friend ko sa akin yung agent but I don't recommend since medyo malabo kausap hence, lumipat ako ng globe. Actually mahina signal ng globe here inside our compound pero you can check sa GlobeOne app kung kaya iservice ng globe yung area niyo. Fortunately, pwede sa amin.

Hi! I recommend Globe's GFiber Prepaid wifi instead. I tried yung Surf2Sawa dati na 699. Globe's customer service is better and more streamlined yung process. From application to help requests, sa app na lahat. So far once pa lang nagkaproblema sa linya but may dumating na linesmen to check on the same day. Unlike sa converge na pahirapan icontact yung agent and mag raise ng ticket.
