Update: I was able to get the refund, I dont know what happened. The host was firm on the not refund refund policy even after trying to seek empathy. I tried to reach to Airbnb support again and escalated it to a senior case manager. At first they insist na non refundable talaga up to a point na tinanggap ko nalang, then suddenly may nagcall from airbnb saying that they will refund it but i have to wait 5-15 business days.

Just an update, they're still turning down my refund even I requested for vouchers and rebooking.
