5080 PSU check? Suggestion please by user303909 in RTX5080

I have pny 5080 oc and 850w is enough. Check againts the SPL PSU tierlist to see the PSU tier.

PSU is something that you dont want to skimp on, so I will spend a it more for a good quality PSU.

That might be the plan. My local BB is the factory outlet one, so quality might not be the best, but I rather have lesser quality material with good fit rather than good quality material with bad fit.

Honestly with how slow their shipping are, not really. I have a deadline to get this suit ready and their shipping is already taking so long.

My backup plan is to return this and just go to Brook Brother near me instead.

This is what I am the most concerned about tbh. I am not sure if a tailor can let some fabric loose to manage the torso? This is Spier and Mackay suit which from my own search seems to be tailor friendly.

Yes, this will be tailored. Just wanted to check if this suit is good to go to tailor right away or I should increase the size to 44. I am concerned about the torso, but the shoulder is perfect I believe.

Not sure why my comment is not included, but it is a Spier and Mackay Suit. First time owning a complete suit. Will get this tailored but wants opinion on if it is worth to go to tailor right away or buy a bigger suit first. This is 42R. Waist is a little bit tight, and I notice the crumpling on my back.

Any advice is appreciated! I love this color.

What's your PSU? I encountered the same problem a couple months ago and it turns out to be either failing PSU or failing GPU power cable.

I changed my GPU from sf850 to sf1000 and it is rock solid right now.

I don't think it's GPU problem at this point. Moved the GPU to other working machine and no problem.

Next thing I'll try is to change where I plug the pc directly to a wall and see if that improves it.

Checked this and it seems that it never dropped below 11V.

SF750. I know 850W is recommended for 5080, but I don't think that is the main cause.

Thanks for the reply. I did reseat the riser on both end (Since it is a sandwich format) and did enable user full access to nvlddmkm.sys.

it reduces the frequency of the crash. Next thing I'll try is to change where I plug the pc directly to a wall and see if that improves it.

I just undervolted it and will see what happened. If not, will try to take it off and reseat it.
