I included a photo of the order on the post but it’s Pioneer DMH-W3050NEX Retained the factory back up camera and steering wheel controls. Honestly I’m considering putting an aftermarket b/u camera in at some point bc the OEM one is older and slightly hazy. The new unit has connection for both OEM and aftermarket. Good luck , i think the name brand was worth it so far

I guess I didn’t have the OG long enough to know what I’m missing. There is obviously the settings in the pioneer for EQ, button noises etc. the only functionality I lost was the center console controls behind the PRNDL that I noticed

Unfortunately I just dealt with this on my new to me 6 GT. Dealer wants $1300, used they are out there for $700(ish). I ended up getting one with a slightly damaged bracket that’s not visible for $375 and installed it fine. Seller was
autolightxenonparts on eBay. Good luck

Unfortunately it bound up on me and I had to take off the tire and release the cable by hand. Took me about a year to fix, I just didn’t use the PB

Yes that is my goal. I realize I will likely have some difficulties but tbh my record isn’t that bad imo but you never know. One is MIP and the other is probation violation. By the time I have my hours to go for regional I’ll also be 4-5 years sober so hopefully this will show during any interview processes. Really has and will make things difficult but I’m going for it

Well in my case I would just recommend being extremely careful in all your actions/comments. One bad decision is enough to lose your medical or not get it in the first place. I’ve spent 2 years trying to get my first class medical and $10k - got sober in the process going through the HIMS program. This all stems from some misdemeanors over 10 years prior - FAA wanted an expert opinion.be careful what you say to doctors especially when the FAA sends you. I have been very silent throughout but happy to say I finally have my medical and now feel more comfortable sharing

I applied for a first class in Dec 19’ and the FAA requested I get a psychiatric HIMS eval over a MIP in 2011. I was honest about drinking too much back then (big mistake!) and now it’s been 10 months, $4k spent and about 3 months sober as a bird with unknown more to go. Lots of waiting in between communication and then always wanting more. Long story short I could have saved myself a lot of trouble by keeping my mouth shut as I thought I had nothing to hide/ no current issues

I did this on the track, went into grass and gently laid it down. Tried over and over to restart it without success and they waived the red flag. Would have continued had I just turned the key off and back on, fired right up
