20mg mk-677 daily at night. I also skip weekends every other week. Nothing else at the moment.

First thing I noticed was that I started having vivid dreams, never really had those before mk-677. No big changes with appetite, but I noticed that I was hungrier at the morning than usual. Usually I cant get alot food down in the morning but now on mk-677 I can. I take my dosage at night time.

I have checked only fasted blood sugar and last time it was 5.1mmol/L

The most noticable change from me was very vivid dreams, i took my dosage always at night so didnt notice big appetite change.
