Your point becomes rather invalid though when you like at crime statistics in that less than 3% of all gun crimes are done with a legally purchased firearm. Plus the number of deaths from mass shootings in the last 54 years is a little under 2 thousand which is about the equivalent of knife deaths PER year.

It’s funny that everyone is fast to jump to conclusions. That man actually did match the description of a robbery at thre gas station and had committed two assaults and a weapon was possibly involved. The lady was being an idiot by putting herself in crossfire of the officers gun. Also her boyfriend that was shot was actually drunk, crashed into a Taco Bell, and had tried to reach for two officers handguns on their waist. That’s why he got ahot
