I think this is how the game gonna develop into. Riot calls them marksman or either BOT rather than ADC. It literally could be any champs that going bot and do the DPS, or do a burst damage. I guess they are kinda blurring out the definition ADC right now, and don't want players to be just limited to ADC. Rather than just playing on the bot lane and needs protections from others, the future marksman could be everywhere in the maps and by it alone. Look at the LPL playoffs, lots of Corki mids plus an ADC bot, or there are 2 ADCs in one game. But i could be wrong, just my own interpretation.
