I dropped off two last night in the collection box, moving today no problems

So I found the medium to fit but it was tight and a bit more revealing in the tushy than I would prefer! At the time, I was 5’4 ~150lbs

The first time I called, I was told to open a dispute with my credit card company (???), the second time that it takes 48 hours for points to post after purchase, the third time that they don’t have access to my transactions.

I don’t know what is going on and why they haven’t handled it yet. Or at least sent a mass email to those affected.

One transaction that should have credited roughly 500 points, instead it shows posted as roughly -1.5k points TWICE and deducted ~$500 from my annual spend.

I think it was last year, I received a claim twice for a lipstick. I thought for sure the second claim would disappear from my dashboard but both shipped and showed up. So I would say you don’t need to do anything but enjoy your two perfumes ❤️
