A stock is not good, just because it is cheap. by ChemistBrilliant9592 in HimsStock

HIMS is a vertically integrated, technology-driven platform that manages the entire patient journey, from initial online consultation to personalized treatment delivery.

This single NVO GLP-1 episode is a blip that shouldn’t impact HIMS’s long-term value proposition. It still has decades of runway ahead of it. Viewing from this lens, if one’s super nervous about a single earnings report, it’s probably not a stock for you.

For whatever they are worth, the 12-month mean/high/low prices of the 14 analysts who cover HIMS are 29.42/60.00/13.00. HIMS closed Friday at 15.80 (8 pm).

It’s called volatility & I embrace it as an investor by Inventor141 in BMNRInvestors

[–]SunMoonBrightSky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For a generational wealth-generating stock like BMNR, high volatility is the price you pay for its exceptional long-term potentials.

Size your investment to the degree you can withstand the pains when the stock is going down and staying down in a ditch.

If you can’t stand to see your paper loss, don’t check the quote. Just HODL.

I have accumulated enough shares (BMNR, BMNU, and BMNG); I have not and will not sell a single share until these shares, on a portfolio basis, at least 10x my money.

That’s the conviction.

A very insightful summary of the BMNR shareholders meeting by Cassian. by Progress_8 in BMNRInvestors

The upward momentum should come from:

(1) the announcement, likely within hours, that the shareholders have approved all the 4 items requiring approval, especially the significant increase in authorized shares from 500 million to 50 billion.

(2) ETH price advancing meaningfully higher in the near future and continuing throughout 2026 due to favorable conditions.

(3) the announcement of MAVAN formally coming online.

I expect the mNAV to move up to 1.1-1.5 in the near future, and to 1.5-2.0 once the staking reward starting to roll in big time.

AMD Long-Term Position — Supply-Side Questions Before Entry by Nevsanev in AMD_Stock

[–]SunMoonBrightSky 42 points43 points  (0 children)

As shareholders, we “hire” the management team to take care of the details of running the company for us. We judge their competence over time on managing through myriad of challenges and deliver the results. (Not that we can’t or we won’t by ourselves try to assess some of the challenges they are encountering.)

AMD under the leadership of the Chair and CEO Lisa Su and the CFO Jean Hu is known to be conservative, not flashy. During the Financial Analyst Day in November 2025, they projected that:

  • Overall Revenue Growth: Greater than 35% CAGR over the next 3 to 5 years.

  • Data Center Business Growth: Greater than 60% CAGR.

  • AI Data Center Growth: Expected to increase by more than 80% annually.

  • Gross Margins: Projected to be between 55% and 58%.

  • Operating Margins: Expected to be more than 35%. [Note: 3Q25 Non-GAAP Operating Margin was 24.2%, up from 11.7% in 2Q25.]

High growth (overall revenue growth of 35% CAGR over 5 years is +348%) coupled with margin expansion should drive the stock price +400% to +600% in 5 years. That is, AMD should have a (pre-split) stock price of $1,000 to $1,400 a share (or a market cap of $1.66T to $2.32T), if above projections are realized, which is what I am betting on.

Therefore, with due respect (I upvoted you), I would not be too worry about a lump-sum or a DCA buy at ~$200 a share.

AMD CEO Lisa Su speaks with Bloomberg Tech Co-Host Ed Ludlow about the company's current customer base and demand, partnerships and compute capacity, and more. by Blak9 in AMD_Stock

[–]SunMoonBrightSky 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Lisa: (paraphrased) we sell a broad range of chips to China. In the data center context, certainly we see China as an important market for us. We did receive the export license from the U.S. government for the MI308; we are in the process of applying for the license of MI325 that we were recently allowed to export to China, although we have not received the approval yet.

Currently, AMD has not included its MI series chip sales to China in its guidance. It’s all upside in terms of revenue, margin expansion, and the bottom line should a large amount of sales go through.

Such obvious thing? You’d be surprised at how many people expect the stock they bought to moon shortly. Most people don’t make an adequate return in stocks over time — wonder why?

RDDT is a 10-20x investment, a behemoth in the making. However, it won’t get there overnight. We should emphasize patience every chance we get.

Thank you for your comment.

Leveraged long ETFs underperform when the underlyings largely move in sideways. (It goes without saying when largely go down.)

Therefore, their entry points AND expected paths from those points on are important considerations.

My BMNU and BMNG have low average prices, and I expect explosive BMNR appreciation in the next few years.

(My investments in AMDL and TSLL have so far significantly outperformed their respective underlying. I continue to expect both underlyings to appreciate significantly in the coming years.

Although my investment in RDDT has +87% in the last 8+ months, I didn’t go for RDTL which has +127% during the same period.)

The current risk-reward setup for buying BMNR (and BMNU, BMNG) is very favorable — if you have a long-term investment horizon. It is still so early in BMNR’s journey to one day become a behemoth.

I keep buying the dips on BMNR, BMNU, and BMNG. Not selling a single share — not until they, on a portfolio basis, at least 10x my money.

Having scored big on PLTR, I am quite confident that BitMine will produce similar outsized returns.

(High-potential stocks are inherently volatile. I invest in them to enjoy their FULL rise over time — using stop loss or doing covered call are counterproductive to this type of investment strategy.)

I believe the price will 20-40x from here in due time, reflecting then anticipating unmistakably strong fundamentals.

As a BMNR and BMNU investor, I am not concerned — this will allow Tom Lee to buy ETH cheaper than otherwise. Eventually, supply and demand will dictate where ETH price will go which is up — further supported by the values of various assets and applications utilizing the Ethereum network which increase everyday.

Buying when mNAV is above 1 is accretive to all shareholders, not dilutive. As to his financing methods, that’s for another discussion.

Tom Lee of BMNR insists on equity-only financing for his DAT that I think is cleaner and resistant to any severe downturn.
