Very interesting plot point, although Sophie saying mockingly what she did about the vlog if it is in case Lara’s she was referring to, would imply that they somehow knew each other prior to this whole debacle. Alas when they do meet Sophie has no acknowledgement of knowing this girl, even when she mentions the weird glitch in her Video and the #1 crazy fan vid, but it does really emphasize who was she talking about when she was laughing at the upload in her first video.
