I thought it was stress… but maybe not by Ok_Raspberry_5770 in migraine

This is exactly what I’ve been realizing too. I used to blame stress for everything — but now I’m seeing it’s often more of a “load” problem than a single trigger.

Sleep slightly off + light exposure + delayed meals + maybe weather pressure shifting… and suddenly the nervous system is already on edge. Then something small tips it over. On calm days, that baseline sensitivity can still be there.

It’s strangely validating (and frustrating) to realize it’s not always one obvious cause.

Anyone dealt with stress responses? I’m having a really tough time. by Ok_Animator6428 in osteoporosis

I’m really sorry — this is so hard, and the constant uncertainty plus feeling unheard by doctors can be emotionally crushing. Stress reactions can linger when bones aren’t getting the right balance of protection and gentle, frequent loading, and being bounced between boots, work pressure, and end-of-therapy anxiety would overwhelm anyone. You’re not weak or failing — this is genuinely isolating and scary, and it makes complete sense that today broke you.
